語文中心將於2022年12月14日(星期三)下午13:30~16:50辦理校內英檢OOPT測驗。

本次應考者為以下三類(皆為適用公費應考)：

a.  111-1學期修習大二英文之大二學生、

b.  2022年9月7日OOPT測驗請假之學生、

c.  2022年入學且尚未參加9月7日OOPT測驗之僑外生。

※符合請假條件者，請務必於考後一週內(12/21前)提出，逾時不受理。

※本次未能應考者，喪失一次應考資格。

另開放120位自費名額，欲報名OOPT應試請點此進入中心網站。

報名繳費期間：111年10月24日至11月7日17:00止

費用：500元  (如需退費，需負擔手續費用。)

(完成報名及繳費後，會收到「付款完成通知信」的電子郵件通知。如未於繳費後一週內收到此信，則視為報名未成功，敬請聯繫語文中心確認。)

OOPT測驗考場將於考前一週公告予語文中心網站，並寄信提醒考生。

請應考同學務必

1.  戴口罩、攜帶暨大學生證及可插入電腦主機音源孔的有線耳機應試。

2.  事先於語文中心官網觀看OOPT操作說明。
[提醒] 未於時間內完成所有作答，成績會顯示為0分。

如考試當天未能準時到考，請於考後一周內持正當理由請假證明至語文中心辦公室補請假手續，未完成程序者，公費生將喪失一次應試資格/自費生將不予退費。 (請假申請表如附件)

The Language Teaching & Research Center will hold an OOPT test from 13:30 to 16:50 (Wednesday) on December 14th, 2022.

The examinees qualified to take the OOPT without further payment include:

1. Sophomore students who take Sophomore English in 111-1 semester,

2. Students who did not take the test on September 7th,

3. Foreign students who didn’t take the OOPT test on September 7th.

※If your request for leave of absence is approved, please submit the application form for leave of absence to LTRC within one week after the test. It will not be accepted after December 21st.

※If you are unable to attend the OOPT test on time on December 14th, you will forfeit one opportunity to take the test.

Extra spots open for students to register to take the test at their own expense: 120 NCNU students

Registration and payment period: October 24th to November 7th, 2022

Registration fee: NT$ 500 (In case of refund, service fees will be deducted from the amount paid.)

[After completing the registration form and payment, please confirm when you receive the "Payment Completion Notification Letter". If you do not receive the letter, your registration is not completed.]

The locations will be announced on LTRC website one week before the test date, and the examinees will receive a reminder email.

1. Please wear your mask, and bring your NCNU student card and earphones (wireless earphones are not acceptable) with you to take the test.

2. Please read the OOPT PowerPoint file on LTRC website.

 [Reminder] If all the answers are not completed within the given time, the score will be displayed as zero.

If you can't attend the OOPT test on time on the test date, please submit the application form for leave of absence to LTRC within one week after the test. The examinees qualified to take the OOPT without further payment will forfeit one opportunity to take the test if they fail to complete the procedure for leave of absence. The examinees who register to take the test at their own expense will not get a refund if they do not complete the procedure for leave of absence.
