Preliminary round: 13:10-15:00, Wednesday, November 15, 2023.

Final: 13:10-15:00, Wednesday, November 22, 2023.

Rules:

(1) Participants must not reside in a country where English is the official language or native

language for more than three years (inclusive).

(2) Preliminary Round: Participants should choose an English song and sing without music

within 30-60 seconds. The top 10 candidates from the preliminary audition will be

selected by the judges to participate in the final. The list will be announced on the

center's website before 5 pm on November 16 (Thursday).

(3) Final: Participants should choose an English song to perform, and the performance

should be in 5 minutes. Please send the music recording to LTRC by email before 5 pm

on November 20 (Monday). The order of the finals will be announced on the day of the

competition. On the day of the finals, the judges will select the top three. The audience

participating on the spot can vote for their favorite group of contestants, and the group

with the highest accumulated votes will win the "Best Popularity Award".

(4) Awards:

First place: a gift certificate of NT 2,500 and a certificate of merit

Second place: a gift certificate of NT 2,000 and a certificate of merit

Third place: a gift certificate of NT 1,500 and a certificate of merit

Best Popularity Award: A gift certificate of NT 1,000 and a certificate of merit

(5) Scoring criteria:

Singing pronunciation and technique 70%

Stage Presence 10%

Clothing styling or costume 20%
