The list of candidates for this examination includes students enrolled in the 112-1 academic year, second-year English program, with government-funded qualifications, as well as students taking the makeup test for the 112 pretest (students who entered in the 111 and 112 academic years), and self-funded students.

For students enrolled in the 112-1 academic year for their second year of English studies and entered in the 109 academic year, they are not eligible for OOPT government-funded testing. Therefore, they need to take the test at their own expense. If they choose not to take the OOPT post-test at their own expense, an alternative solution is available. The alternative involves participating in the International Delegate or English Chat Room twice (for information on the alternative solution, please consult the instructor of the second-year English course).
