Rules

Preliminary Round

1  Participants are invited to produce a short English film based on the given theme.

2  Each team consists of 1-5 members, with a film duration of 3-5 minutes. All dialogue, music, and subtitles should be in English. The film must include a minimum of 8 lines or 50 words of English dialogue; otherwise, the entry will be disqualified.

3  Please upload your works to the email address during the preliminary submission period. The top 8 entries will be selected by the judges to advance to the finals. The list of finalists will be announced on the center's website before 5:00 PM on April 25.

Final Round

The finals will feature a sequential screening of the selected films, followed by the judges selecting the top 3 entries. Additionally, the audience present at the event will vote for their favorite team among the participants. The group with the highest accumulated votes will be awarded the "Best Popularity Award." In case of a tie, the prize money will be evenly distributed among all tied winners.

Awards

The first prize winner will receive a NT2500 gift voucher and a certificate.

The second prize winner will receive a NT2000 gift voucher and a certificate.

The third prize winner will receive a NT1500 gift voucher and a certificate.

The Best Popularity Award winner will receive a NT1000 gift voucher and a certificate.

Audience Prize: Audience members who participate in the entire final event and voting will be eligible for a draw to win a NT100 gift voucher. There are a total of 40 prizes available.
