語文中心將於113年12月11日(星期三)下午辦理校內英檢OPT測驗。

本次應考者為:

a.公費生：113-1學期修習大二英文之學號為112開頭之學生、未考11月23日培力英檢者。

b.自費生：非以上公費資格 (名額：70位)

※符合請假條件者，請務必於考後一週內(12/18前) 填寫請假表並送出，逾時不受理。

※本次未能應考者，喪失一次應考資格。

自費報名及繳費期間：113年10月9日至11月6日17:00止

費用：500元  (如需退費，需負擔手續費用。)

(完成報名及繳費後，會收到「付款完成通知信」的電子郵件通知。如未於繳費後一週內收到此信，則視為報名未成功，敬請聯繫語文中心確認。)

OPT測驗考場將於考前一週公告於語文中心網站，並寄信提醒考生。

請應考同學務必：

1.  攜帶暨大學生證及可插入電腦主機音源孔的有線耳機應試。

(請勿使用藍芽耳機以免影響聽力測驗考試成效。)

2.  事先於語文中心官網觀看OPT操作說明。

[提醒] 未於時間內完成所有作答(意即畫面顯示測驗結束)，成績會顯示為0分。

如考試當天未能準時到考，請於考後一週內 (12月18日) 前持正當理由請假證明至語文中心辦公室補請假手續，未完成程序者，公費生將喪失一次應試資格/自費生將不予退費 (請假申請表如附件) 。

The Language Teaching Center will hold an OPT test from 13:00 to 17:00 (Wednesday) on December 11th, 2024.

The examinees qualified to take the OPT without further payment include:

a. Sophomore students who take Sophomore English in 113-1 semester with student ID numbers start with “112”.

b. Those not meeting the qualifications of the above item A and wish to take the test at their own expense: (Quota: 70 NCNU students).

※If your request for leave of absence is approved, please submit the application form for leave of absence to LTC within one week after the test. It will not be accepted after December 18th.

※If you are unable to attend the OPT test on time on December 11th, you will forfeit one opportunity to take the test.

Extra spots open for students to register to take the test at their own expense: 70 NCNU students
