【考試相關】9/4(四)OPT考試注意事項
提醒您， 9/4 (四)將舉行新生OPT前測，請準時至指定地點集合，跟隨系所帶隊人員指示前往考場應考。
請攜帶有照片身分證件（身分證、健保卡、駕照、護照）及有線耳機應考。
請點此連結查看考場時間、位置及考試注意事項。
如需請假，請在9/12(五)前點選以下檔案填寫並回報。
未於9/12(五)以前補繳OPT假單者，將視為「放棄一次應試 OPT 的權利」。
