Submission deadline: October 29, 2025 (Wed.) 12:00 PM

November 5, 2025 (Wed.) 1:10 PM – 3:00 PM

Please register on the official website and provide the link to your preliminary video in the remarks field.

6. Contest Rules:
(1) Participants must not have lived for more than three years (inclusive) in a country where English is an official or native language.
(2) Preliminary Round:
1. Regardless of individual or group categories (group size is unlimited).
2. Repeated lyrics or non-English lyrics must not exceed 1/3 of the song.
3. Participants are required to choose an eligible English song, perform a 40–60 second a cappella, and record it on video.
4. Video requirements:
● The participant’s full face must be clearly visible.
● The video must be no longer than 1 minute.
● File format: .mp4
● Please submit the video link to the center’s email before the preliminary submission deadline.
5. The judges will select 15 participants to advance to the final round. The list will be announced on the center’s website by 5:00 PM, October 31, 2025 (Fri.).
(3) Final Round:
1. Each finalist must choose one English song for a complete performance. The performance time is limited to 5 minutes.
2. Please send the accompaniment audio file via email to the center by 12:00 PM, November 4, 2025 (Tue.). If you prefer to perform with live accompaniment, please submit the song title by the same deadline.
3. The final performances will follow the order of the finalist list. If a participant fails to appear after three calls, they will be disqualified.
4. During the final, the judges will select the top three winners. Additionally, the audience will vote for their favorite team, and the team with the most votes will receive the Audience Choice Award. (In the case of a tie, the award and prize will be shared equally.)
(4) Prizes:
● 1 st Place:1 winner, NT$3,500 gift voucher and a Certificate
● 2nd Place : 2 winners, NT$3,000 gift voucher and a Certificate
● 3rd Place : 3 winners, NT$2,500 gift voucher and a Certificate
● Audience Choice Award : NT$2,000 gift voucher and a Certificate
(5) Judging Criteria
● Singing pronunciation & technique: 70%
● Stage presence: 10%
● Costume & styling: 20%
