語文中心將於115年11月11日(三)、11月18日(三)與12月2日(三)下午各辦理一場校內英檢OPT測驗。

本增開場次應考者為:

A.  大四以上(含)學生

B.  大三以上(含)本學期未修大二英文課程者

※報名後如需請假，請務必於考後一週內填寫請假申請表並送出，逾時不受理。

※未能於期限前完成手續者，喪失應考資格。

欲自費報名OPT者請點此進入中心網站報名。

自費報名及繳費期間：即日起至10月12日(一)17:00止。

費用：500元 (如需退費，需負擔手續費用。)

(完成報名及繳費後，會收到「付款完成通知信」的電子郵件通知。如未於繳費後一週內收到此信，則視為報名未成功，敬請聯繫語文中心確認。)

OPT測驗考場將於考前一週公告於語文中心網站，並寄信提醒考生。

應考注意事項：

1.請攜帶暨大學生證及可插入電腦主機音源孔的有線耳機應試。

(請勿使用藍芽耳機以免影響聽力測驗考試成效。)

2.事先於語文中心官網觀看OPT操作說明。

[提醒] 未於時間內完成所有作答(意即畫面顯示測驗結束)，成績會顯示為0分。

如考試當天未能準時到考，請於考後一週內前持正當理由請假證明至語文中心辦公室補請假手續，未完成程序者，喪失應試資格且不予退費 (請假申請表如附件) 。

The Language Teaching Center will hold an OPT on the afternoon of Wednesday, November 11, 18 and December 2, 2026.

Eligible test-takers for this session are:

A. Students in their 4th year and above

B. Students in their 3rd year and above who are not taking Sophomore English in the 115-1 semester

※ If leave is required, the Leave Application Form must be completed and submitted within one week after the test. Late submissions will not be accepted.

※ Failure to complete the required procedure before the deadline will result in the loss of one test attempt and no refunds will be given.

Registration and payment period: From now until 5:00 PM on Monday, October 12.

Registration fee: NT$ 500 (In case of refund, service fees will be deducted from the amount paid.)

Test-Taking Instructions:

1. Please bring your NCNU student ID and wired earphones/headphones that can be plugged into a computer audio jack.
(Bluetooth earphones/headphones are not permitted, as they may affect the listening test.)

2. Please review the OPT operation instructions on the LTC website in advance.

If the test is not fully completed within the allotted time (i.e., the screen shows “Test Ended”), the score will be recorded as 0.
